🕒 When will I receive my order?

Orders are being dispatched between 12th–22nd December with guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas! Orders will be dispatched in date order so the earlier you pre-order the sooner your Christmas goodies will arrive!

🛒 Can I order non Christmas items at the same time?

Yes of course! But please note that any items ordered with a pre-order item will be shipped together once your Christmas items are ready to go. If you need something sooner, please place a separate order.

🚚 Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Yes, all UK Christmas pre-orders will arrive in time for Christmas. We use Royal Mail tracked delivery for peace of mind and you will receive a tracking link on the day of dispatch.

📍 Can I change my delivery address before my order is dispatched?

Yes, no problem! Just email us at help@bubblepanda.com with your order number and new address before 12th December.

🎁 Are your kits suitable for gifts?

Absolutely! Every kit is beautifully handmade and packaged. We don’t include any receipts inside the parcel.

📅 WHAT IS THE USE BY DATE OF MY KIT?

Your bubble tea kit is best consumed within 30 days and use by 60 days of receiving your order.

💫 What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at help@bubblepanda.com. Once your order has been prepared, we may not be able to make changes.
