Time to switch it up with our hot mocha milk tea with chocolate bubbles! Who says bubble tea has to be served cold? On these chilly winter nights, why not get cosy and treat yourself to a hot bubble tea? It is super simple like the usual recipe but no ice (obvs!), a bit more water and you get to top it with lashings of whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles!
Ingredients
– Assam Black Tea
– Mocha Milk Powder
– Chocolate Bubbles
– 275ml Boiling Water
– 100ml Milk or Milk Alternative
– Whipped Cream
– Chocolate Sprinkles
The Recipe
Step 1: Add 275ml of freshly boiled water to your Assam tea bag (in a large bowl or shaker) and allow the tea to brew for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Remove the tea bag and add the mocha milk powder to the tea. Mix with a spoon for 20-30 seconds until dissolved. Add 100ml of milk or milk alternative and stir again.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into your Bubble Panda cup, leaving space for the topping!
Step 4: Add the chocolate bubbles to the cup then indulge in toppings of your choice – we have gone for whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Step 5: Put the lid on with straw, snuggle up and enjoy your hot Bubble Panda bubble tea!
